Pepa & Co is an online children’s clothing boutique founded by Pepa González in October 2013 with exciting plans of growth!

We specialise in traditional Spanish clothing for babies and children up to the age of 8. 

We passionate about design, style, as well as quality children clothing. We promote our brand online so Digital Marketing is very important for us. We are proud of our brand-new website and we work hard in building a good relationship with children fashion bloggers, social media gurus and our popular blog.


Strategy, Brain storming’s meetings and prioritising lists are the day to day work at Pepa & Co. We are small business and that means responsibility and hard work, you wont be assisting others in small tasks but having the opportunity to develop your skills and ideas working closer with the entrepreneurial founder in a company that is leading the children clothing Industry.

Your Tasks:

You will be assisting and reporting to our Social Media Manager in developing the following duties: 

• Work with the Social Media and Content Manager to increase conversion, drive and deliver the strategy and execution for paid social media across channels, through Google shooping, PPC, remarketing and Facebeook ads. 
• Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Botify, Search Metrics and BrightEdge to generate reports. 
• Ensuring organic search targets are met within digital marketing department 
• Test, measure and scale ads campaigns to drive conversion and top of mind awareness. 
• Maximise targeting tools across Social Media channels to ensure the best use of budget and the penetration amongst the target demographic.
• Lead the reporting on social media channel performance, learning from outcomes and audience behaviors to optimise content production and future media buys. Determine success criteria and evaluate results accordingly. 
• Maximise the use of the digital budget to achieve their conversion goals in UK and International channels. 
• Support the wider execution of social media advertising across channels, helping to achieve wider business goals.
• Google Analytics. Read into statistics and run bespoke reports directly related with Social Media conversions.
• Google Adwords. Key words search and ppc. Campaigns. Retargeting banners (Digital designer)
• Keeping up to date with industry news through google alerts.
• Blog. Posting 2 quality posts / week. Bringing up interesting themes for our target with SEO optimised content and high quality pictures. 
• Constantly looking for appropriate opportunities to communicate with our target consumer to raise awareness of the brand.
• Creating landing pages to capture potential interested customer’s details. 
• Interact with other business that share our target in terms of interviews, collaborations across channels. 
• Setting up 2 monthly newsletters in conjunction with commercial team to promote products, company news. 
• Work closely with the buying team ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained to agreed KPI’s on stock levels.

Skills Required:

You will be able to develop the following skills and bring your ideas and knowledge learnt during your university time to implement into our company

• Strong sense of the brand’s aesthetics and personality 
• Ability to manage social media platforms including Facebook Twitter, Pinterest, Hootsuite, Instagram, YouTube and WordPress. 
• Experience in digital paid media and analytics tools to evaluate successes and drive improvements including Google/Universal Analytics, Facebook Insights (Blue print courses will be develop during this internship) 
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Moz tools.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with proficiency in Excel
• Analytical skills (ideally including familiarity with web analytics tools)
• High understanding of InDesign and Photoshop. 
• Strong collaboration skills and experience with working as a team player
• Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends.
• Demonstrates a passion for retail, fashion and design and understanding of online shopper habits.
